Theatre is something that everyone should have access to, both to perform and watch. This is something that The County has been lacking for all kids at the elementary age level. Also only certain towns offer theatre productions to kids in middle and high school.
So that's where this theatre company comes in. We are a theatre company for children ages 5 to 18 for all the towns in Aroostook County! No experience needed, just a passion and love for theatre. Or even if your child just wants to try something new.
We have also expanded too! We now offer shows that feature adults. We also offer shows that feature our more advanced pre-teen / teen actors. Our one week camps are the best way to introduce new child actors to theatre.
This is where passion blossoms.

Broadway Kids in The County
This is the original company logo. Any shows produced with this logo are family friendly for the youngest actors and audience members and for those that are young at heart.
Broadway Summer Camp
Our most popular event we offer every year! We offer 2 - 3 one week summer camps a year. The last week of June these shows are aimed towards the younger campers. The first week of August these shows are more aimed at teens. Our April Break camps are straight plays for the kids that want to focus on their acting skills.
Broadway Teens in The County
This series we will offer musicals made JUST for teenagers! For all actors ages 13-19 only can audition for these musicals! There will be exceptions for pre-teens that have proven their dedication to theatre that will be accepted in these shows.
Broadway Kids Academy
When we have teachers and classes lined up, these are weekly classes offered in various theatre topics, such as - acting, dance, music and all things in between. If you have a skill that you’d love to pass onto the next generation, please reach out to broadwaykidsac@gmail.com.
Broadway After Dark
This series will feature shows that are not intended for younger audiences to participate in or to watch. These plays will be for the 18+ crowd that are looking for the meatier plays to be a part of. Participation in these shows for under 18 will require a signed waiver from a parent. Any audience members under 18, there is a strong viewer discretion advised.
